Reiki Workshops
Reiki
Reiki is a practice developed from a Japanese method of deep relaxation and stress reduction. This state is achieved by a light touch or by the practitioner placing their hands over the physical body. The energy or Light Force that is released through the Practitioner’s hands, flows into the recipient’s body. Once the body achieves relaxation, it returns to a balanced state which creates a healthy environment within. This state of balance creates the possibility of improved health and well-being. Maintaining this state can be achieved through continued Reiki sessions, spiritual practices and self-care.
Reiki also has a spiritual component to its practice. The flow of the Life Force Energy is spirit-led, (not directed by the practitioner) with the focus of its efforts based on the cause of any imbalance. With continued Reiki sessions, and inner work, the cause may be revealed through the Wisdom of the highest good for the recipient.
A Reiki Practitioner receives the ability to offer the life force energy through classes taken. The unique process, called a sacred attunement or placement, is experienced when the Reiki Master/Teacher transfers this gift to the student.

The Akashic Records
The Akashic Records are a non-judgmental, energetic recording of every experience, thought, belief, motive, perception and feelings, of a Soul's journey since its time of inception into physical form. The evening begins with community announcements followed by a guided meditation. The meditation and coming together as a group assists in the initiation of a relaxed state. After the meditation, visitors will receive their session. The sessions are offered while lying down on massage tables that are set up in the sanctuary. (Sessions can also be offered while seated in a chair if this is
more comfortable for the recipient).
